Teo Poh Siang, Founder, Wisely 98 Pte Ltd
Poh Siang won the Ngee Ann Kongsi Scholarship to read a Diploma in Building Maintenance & Management at Ngee Ann Polytechnic and graduating as the Third Most Outstanding Graduate at the Department of Buildings in 1982. He seek further academic studies in marketing discipline, and later graduating with a Bachelor of Real Estate (Valuation) Honours from the National University of Singapore, all while working part time. The President of the Republic of Singapore conferred Poh Siang, the Public Service Medal (Pingat Bakti Masyarakat, PBM) in 1998 for commendable public service.
Poh Siang likes the ability to set direction and founded his own practice. He is the Managing Director of Wisely 98 Pte Ltd with 40 years of real life experience in strata property management. He is often invited to speak at local and international conferences and seminars. As an adjunct lecturer at the Singapore Polytechnic,he teaches the next generation of industry leaders in strata management.
He is also the author of A Practical Guide to Strata Management in Singapore, the first and only Singapore practitioner’s guide.
