Real estate is a huge part of Singaporean household as well as corporate balance sheets. Property developer & REITS account for 11 out of the 30 stocks in STI. In a land constrained country like Singapore, real estate investment feature prominently in public conversations and is often the subject of policy intervention that sometimes create uncertainty for players.
The program aims to provide participants with advanced analytical tools for evaluating real estate investments. Our goal is to enhance corporate and institutional wealth management strategies within Singapore's highly regulated property market.

Mr Tay Kah Poh
Adjunct Associate Professor, Department of Real Estate, NUS
Tay Kah Poh has over 30 years of experience in real estate valuation, fund management, development, consulting and marketing, He is current Adjunct Assoc Prof in the Dept of Real Estate in NUS, and a studio leader in NUS Cities. He is a Fellow of SISV and a registered salesperson with VestAsia.
Prior to his current roles, he was Executive Director (Consultancy) with Knight Frank Singapore, leading a team of analysts in providing advisory services to corporate, government and wealth clients. He also served in various capacities in Knight Frank, including as Head of Agency Services, and Head of Residential Services, the latter overseeing auctions, and the sales and leasing of residential properties, both locally and overseas.
He was previously Executive Vice President (Fund Management) at Pacific Star, a private equity real estate firm with a regional footprint, where he was responsible for capital raising, fund product development and investor relations. He has also been a consultant with Straits Trading Co Ltd. He holds a BSC (Estate Management) (Hons) degree from NUS and MA (Business Administration) from the University of Georgia.
