OVERVIEW    

Many legal steps are involved in the sale and purchase of a property. The session aims to provide the participants with an overview of the typical conveyancing process in Singapore, including the usual documentation involved and commonly negotiated terms, and the milestones leading to completion of the sale and purchase. 

Trainers will also provide an insight into the typical applications made by lawyers on behalf of their clients (including housing developers) to the relevant authorities which may arise from a sale and purchase of property.

  • Sale of residential properties under the Housing Developers (Control and Licensing) Act
  • Recent legal developments and trends in the sale and purchase of properties in Singapore.
