Ms Ednas Wong, Associate Director, CKS Property Consultants

Ednas Wong is the Associate Director of Valuation at CKS Property Consultants and a Licensed Appraiser with more than 19 years of experience across the property and real estate sectors, including valuation, investment sales, marketing, sale and leasing. She has deep expertise in valuing residential, commercial, industrial, and specialized assets for a wide range of purposes, such as mortgage financing, statutory acquisition, en bloc redevelopment, and investment analysis. Ednas is also a Member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (VGP Division), she has managed significant assignments for both corporates and statutory boards, including MAS, HDB, JTC, MOE, Sentosa Development Corporation and other government agencies. In her current role, she is heading the Valuation department at CKS Property Consultants, where she is responsible for corporate projects, training initiatives, and business development.
