OVERVIEW    

Timely delivery within budget represents the cornerstone of successful construction projects. Yet Singapore's dynamic property development landscape frequently encounters delays that trigger complex claims for time extensions, additional costs, and liquidated damages—challenges that can significantly impact project profitability and market positioning.

This course aims to equip participants with the knowhow necessary to effectively navigate such delay-related claims, by examining the concepts of completion, acts of prevention, liquidated damages and penalties, with reference to standard form contracts and case studies.
