With ongoing infrastructure growth, including large-scale projects like the Jurong Lake District and the upcoming Singapore-Kuala Lumpur high-speed rail, effective contract management and project delivery are more important than ever.

Mr Chung Sheuan Seen

Mr Chung has more than 20 years’ experience working on mega infrastructure engineering, iconic high-rise, as well as building projects, in the likes of LTA MRT projects, MBS, TPC, Jewel, KL118, DUO, various data centres etc, with sound appreciation of such projects in the areas of (i) project health check assessment and turnaround strategy and execution (ii) claims management (iii) acted as Tribunal/Court appointed testifying expert in delay and cost assessment in arbitration, adjudication and litigation matters. 

With an extensive regional construction industry experience in claims management as well as performing the duty of testifying delay/quantum expert in formal dispute settings, coupled with Mr Chung being a civil engineer by training as well as coming from a project person background, Mr Chung is able to provide in depth and precise advisory/assessment insights and support to the parties in construction contract claims and formal disputes. And more importantly guiding the parties towards positive outcomes. 

In his early career, he too was involved in head office planning function and senior management support, claim defence, performing cash-flows projections studies, logistics planning studies, project-wide manpower projection studies as well as Master Programme development. Mr Chung’s project experience includes iconic high-rise, hospitality / commercial (integrated resorts, hotels, malls and service apartments), residential, hospitals, airports, marine works, monorail, LRT, MRT, offshore and power plants.

  • Requests sent in at least 2 weeks before commencement: 50% of course fee refunded.
  • Requests sent in less than 2 weeks before commencement: No refund, full course fee payable.
