This course provides participants with comprehensive knowledge of critical clauses required in building contracts within Singapore's construction industry. Participants will acquire detailed understanding of clause construction, legal rationale underlying key contract terms, and implications arising from clause omissions or amendments. The course addresses legal consequences and commercial risks that directly impact development timelines, costs, and project delivery.

Relevant case studies and recent Singapore judicial decisions specific to developer-contractor disputes will be discussed.
