OVERVIEW    

This course provides a comprehensive introduction to performance management solutions for valuations, asset management, and portfolio management. Participants will learn how to generate insights into asset and portfolio performance to support smarter decision-making and optimize investment outcomes.

• A performance management solution for valuations, asset management and portfolio management needs
• Insights into asset and portfolio performance to make informed decisions and optimize investments.
• Introduction to the industry-leading software package, ARGUS Enterprise, giving participants practical experience with tools widely used across property investment and valuation.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

• Financial Analysis: Projecting long-term cash flows with greater accuracy, returns and valuations associated with office, industrial, retail, multifamily and mixed-use properties. Including modelling of complex scenarios and to support underwriting, risk assessment and comparisons.
• Acquisition and Disposition Analysis: Evaluating the financial viability of acquisition or disposition of assets with forecast cashflows, investment returns and understanding exit timings.
• Forecasting and Budgeting: Creating budgets and/or forecast rental income, operating expenses and capital expenditures to support strategic planning. Includes historical data integration and scenario modelling.
• Sensitivity Analysis: Model different scenarios and stress-test assumptions on individual asset level and combinations of properties on the portfolio level.
• Reporting: Using the immediate calculation engine to instantly see the impact of updated information and scenarios both on individual asset level and across multiple assets on the portfolio level.

For five years at Altus Group, she has trained professionals on ARGUS Enterprise, EstateMaster, and Taliance software, covering development feasibility, cash flow modeling, DCF analysis, and valuation methods. She also partners with APAC universities to promote ARGUS certification and advance real estate technology education, combining industry experience with technical expertise.

• Requests sent in at least 2 weeks before commencement: 50% of course fee refunded.
• Requests sent in less than 2 weeks before commencement: No refund, full course fee payable.
