Sheryl is a partner at Dentons Rodyk's Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, specializing in commercial litigation and arbitration with expertise in complex construction and engineering disputes. She represents local and overseas contractors in domestic and international arbitrations through institutions like SIAC and ICC. Sheryl has extensive experience in adjudication proceedings under Singapore's Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act, advising both employers and contractors. She handles regulatory offences, contract drafting, commercial disputes, shareholder matters, and insurance coverage issues across various policy types. Sheryl represents clients in both State Courts and High Court proceedings as defense and recovery counsel.
