OVERVIEW    

This course will equip participants with the knowledge of all the latest issues in making and defending claims under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act. It will highlight the commonly encountered problems in adjudications, and offer solutions on how to handle them. Case scenarios and recent court cases will be discussed, so that participants are up-to-date with the latest issues, their implications, and how to practically deal with them.
