[15 Jul 26] Real Estate Market Outlook 2026

Convened by REDAS, this year’s Real Estate Market Outlook (REMO) is anchored on the theme, “New Horizons for Singapore Real Estate: Global Magnet, Local Home, City of Identity.”

As global conditions shift, Singapore’s developers are actively repositioning across three fronts: sustaining its role as a global magnet for capital, strengthening its foundations as a liveable local home, and sharpening its identity in an increasingly competitive landscape.

This is not a conversation about a single asset class, but about how these shifts are being navigated across the full real estate ecosystem, from capital flows and investibility to development, operations and the evolving shape of the city.

At the same time, the discussion reflects the realities developers are already managing today, from talent constraints and the need to move decisively despite real risks, to the push for new business models and the need to anticipate how people will live, work and occupy space in the years ahead.

REMO 2026 brings together those shaping these decisions to consider what comes next.
