Mr Chung Sheuan Seen

Chung has more than 20 years’ experience working on mega infrastructure engineering, iconic high-rise, as well as building projects, with a sound appreciation of such complex and large projects in the areas of project management specialising in time control (planning and programming) and on matters relating to preparation / evaluation of delays and disruptions (time aspect) and extension of time.

In his early career, he was involved in head office planning function and senior management support, claim defence, performing cash-flows projections studies, logistics planning studies, project-wide manpower projection studies as well as Project/Work Package Master Programme Development and Planning. Chung has extensive and diverse project-type experience encompassing iconic high-rise, hospitality / commercial (integrated resorts, hotels, malls and service apartments), residential hospitals, airports, marine works, monorail, MRT offshore and power plants.

Request for withdrawal must be made in writing. We encourage particpants to nominate a replacement for the session. Refund requests are subject to approval on the following conditions: 

  • Requests sent in at least 2 weeks before commencement: 50% of course fee refunded.
  • Requests sent in less than 2 weeks before commencement: No refund, full course fee payable.
