Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies are increasingly used to facilitate real estate transactions and provide customer service, promising efficiency gains and data-driven insights. However, as AI becomes integrated into real estate processes, legal challenges emerge. Errors or misunderstandings arising from AI interactions can lead to contractual disputes or liability issues.
Experts at the session on 4 October will explore the legal and technological routes which industry stakeholders can use to mitigate the legal challenges of AI in real estate and adopting ethical AI practices, while safeguarding the rights and interests of all stakeholders.
